Features
Everything a field tech bills for, worked out for you.
WO Extractor knows how service calls are billed: time on site, travel out and back, weekend and after-hours rates, kilometres, revenue share and tax.
Smart reading
Finds fields by their labels, not their position
Different dispatch apps lay out WOs differently, and long notes push fields up and down the screen. WO Extractor looks for the labels themselves, like "Dispatch" or "PRN", and reads the value beside them wherever it is.

Batch invoicing
Many screenshots, one invoice
Every screenshot becomes its own row. When the same WO shows up more than once, each is billed as a separate visit and numbered (1), (2) so the customer can follow it.

Time & travel
Time on site and travel, calculated for you
Travel out is dispatch to arrival, plus the return travel on the WO. Time on site is arrival to completed. If the times are out of order, the WO is flagged instead of billed wrong.
